This Privacy Policy explains how Invitran LLC (“Invitran,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit invitran.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. We try to collect as little information as possible.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, the topic of your inquiry and your message.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and analytics. The Site does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Please don’t send health information

The Site is not intended to collect medical or health information, and Invitran is not your healthcare provider. Please don’t include personal medical details in messages to us. If you need medical help, contact your healthcare provider or, in an emergency, call 911.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up on it.
• To operate, maintain and secure the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and handle inquiries, for example:

• Website hosting (Vercel Inc.).
• Email services we use to receive and reply to messages.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our communications, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to inquiry information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@invitran.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
